Obama: Al-Qaeda is not — where?
Barack Obama stops just short of saying that al-Qaeda isn’t in Iraq. He obviously wants to say it, but he stops himself, and for good reason — al-Qaeda is in Iraq. He attempts to shift and say that al-Queda senior leadership isn’t in Iraq.
