Presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain took the occasion of the Supreme Court's ruling on the D.C. gun ban to criticize Democratic rival Barack Obama for what he deemed "a long series of reversals of positions" on a variety of issues.
"It's one in a long series of reversals of positions…whether it be on his pledge on public financing or his position on the second amendment," said McCain, R-Ariz., on Thursday. "So it's not surprising."
