Obama Refuses To Meet With Military Families

A coalition of military support groups has invited Senators and Presidential Candidates John McCain and Barack Obama to participate in a town hall-type meeting near Fort Hood, TX on August 11. McCain said yes, Obama said no-claiming scheduling conflicts.

It’s understandable that Obama is apprehensive about this town hall meeting. He’ll be surrounded by thousands people with more foreign policy experience than he has.

Pasquale also accurately points out that Obama has no qualms or conflicts about meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in his upcoming trip.
