Obama Comes Out of the Closet on Marriage & Being Above The Law

Is it possible that you are still confused about Obama's mixed messages regarding his personal stance on gay marriage? Never fear. He has now officially kicked all pretenses regarding the issue to the curb. He has also decreed that he has the power to decide which laws of land will be upheld.

According to USA Today:

"The Obama administration will no longer defend a law that bans federal recognition of same-sex marriage — a major legal reversal that reinvigorates a national debate over gay rights.

The decision, outlined Wednesday by Attorney General Eric Holder, represents the administration's strongest legal advocacy for the rights of gay men and lesbians, who have strongly opposed the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). The law defines marriage as only between a man and a woman....."

"President Obama has ordered his lawyers to stop defending a federal law that bans recognition of same-sex marriage."

Checks and balances? Hmmff! Off with their heads!!

You must ask yourself: which law will this "dictator-wanna-be" add to the chopping block, next?
